Add Files to a "Paperless App" folder in ActionFlow and Access it in the Paperless App
When you add files to the "Paperless" folder for a job, they will be in the Paperless App. (These files do not have to be attached to a specific action.)
If the "Paperless" folder is not in the job, create one with the exact name "Paperless"
